Specifications. SOTRO PU 50 is a permanently elastic one-component polyurethane adhesive and sealing compound. Once fully cured, the sealant can be coated with topcoats used for the repair and refurbishment of vehicle bodies. It is possible to make a correction within ~ 20 minutes. PU 50 sealant has excellent adhesion without special primer to glass, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, painted and enamelled surfaces, glass fiber reinforced materials, enamelled ceramic and terracotta tiles. Performance for Ø 5 mm: 15m.
 
Application:Before application, the surface should be cleaned and degreased with a solvent such as MEK (methyl ethyl ketone). Oxidized metal surfaces and concrete must first be sanded and then cleaned. Degrease PVC, aluminum and glass with a non-greasy solvent (acetone). Puncture the cartridge and cut the nozzle according to the required extrusion diameter, remove the metal base and extrude with a hand or air gun. Apply at temperatures from + 5⁰C to + 35⁰C. If used in cold weather, store at + 20 ° C before use. Curing of the sealant begins immediately after application and depends on temperature and humidity. After 6-8 hours the sealant can be coated with paints including And water soluble. Attention! The PU 50 sealant is ready to use.

An open cartridge should be used within a short time to avoid product hardening. Storage. Store tightly closed at temperatures between 5⁰C and + 25⁰C.
